Visitors must be approved by the patient and the Copper Springs Care Team in advance of a visit. A maximum of two visitors are permitted per patient stay and must be at least 18 years of age.
Visitors are not permitted to possess personal items during the visit, including wallets and purses, which should be left in the vehicle. Car keys will be stored at the front desk and returned after visitation. All visitors will be wanded for security measures.
Personal items intended for the patient must be left at the front desk to be processed, logged, and delivered to the patient by our staff.
Out of an abundance of caution, we offer in-person visitation by request only.
You may connect with your loved one by virtual visitation via Zoom. Visitation will be initiated by a phone call from the patient, and he or she will provide you with a meeting number. Please be patient as there are a limited number of connections available at any one time. Virtual visitation is permitted outside of group therapy time and will be limited to 10 minutes.
